The Impact Centre opened to cater for the growing health care and community needs of the people of the Central Coast. An awesome complex it’s located in the heart of Erina just (off Terrigal Drive) at 19 Chetwynd Road, making it easily accessible to all.
The centre recognises the importance of the connection between all of the body systems. These systems include the skeletal, joint, muscle, nerve, circulatory, and connective tissue, as well all the internal organs. A dynamic approach of combining Osteopathic treatment, dry needling (acupuncture), and prescriptive exercise is used in the management of pain and dysfunction. Movement classes and running analysis’s held by our experienced team of Osteopaths are also conducted at the centre.
