"I'm a confessed fitness and health fanatic, but balanced enough to understand life still needs to be enjoyed. Health and wellbeing supplies my zest for life, but indulging from time to time is what also builds a more fulfilled and well-lived lifestyle. Like Osteopathy, balance is the key to a long and healthy life."
