About Us

We're here to restore balance and improve function in people's lives.

Pat Bourke Osteopathy and Injury Rehabilitation opened its doors as 'Erina Osetopathy' back a number of years ago. The aim of the business then, remains unchanged today – to cater for the growing healthcare needs of the people of the Central Coast, here in New South Wales.

Located in the heart of the Erina CBD, it clinic is easily accessible by local transport or car, with plenty of onsite parking available. And being a foundation partner of the The Back to Health Centre enables people a wide choice of health services all under the one roof, in the one place

Running Gait Analysis

Using state-of-the-art video monitoring equipment to review performance and overall speed and running efficiency, this professional analysis often assists with identifying potential future injuries involved with highly repetitive body movements. Programs focussed on improving deficiencies are then developed and monitored.

Further to these health services, being located in The Back to Health Centre, patients  can join their Back to Movement Classes. These classes assist clients to stretch and move well in a safe and effective way. Classes are focussed on improving muscle flexibility, core, hip, low back and shoulder strength. These areas are all important for everyday movement and pain management.

If you're interested in attending any of the Back to Movement Classes, a schedule of upcoming classes can be provided by contacting Pat.
